Terms and conditions, cancellation policy

 

Out of Season:  When schools are in.

In Season:         South African School holidays and Public Holidays.

Minimum two night bookings in peak season for the house..

A 50% deposit will secure your booking.

 Rates 2023 and 2024
Main House

              

Out of season:  Minimum of R1890 / night, 4 adults included

           

In season:         Minimum of R1980 / night, 4 adults included

Cottage
​

Out of season :   Minimum is R945, 2 adults included

​

In season         :  Minimum is R990, 2 adults included

 

Out and in season for House and cottage

Per additional adult:                          R410

Per child between 2 and 12 year :    R310

Per infant under 2                             R110

​

For stays of one week or more, a 10% discount will be offered.

 

If you require a maid service while you are staying with us, kindly book this in advance via e-mail with Marie-Claire.  The cost is R 200 per day and the maid will be there between 8:00 - 14:00 on the day. 

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Check in is between 14:00 and 18:00 and check out is before 10:00 unless by prior arrangement with Yolande, who will welcome you. Cell phone 082 882 82 89. 

  • No pets allowed

  • No smoking in the house or on the verandahs

  • No functions or parties to be held without prior consent and only up to 16 people.

  • Guests need to respect the water restrictions and 2 min. showers imposed by the municipality.

Included in the rates:

  • Luxury accommodation set in a beautiful garden with a swimming pool

  • Swimming towels

  • Linen

  • Bath and hand towels

  • Soap

  • Tea and coffee

  • Sugar, salt and pepper

  • A dishwasher including tablets in the house

  • Dishwashing liquid

  • Kitchen towels

  • Braai facilities (please supply your own wood) for the house and another one for the cottage.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly take the time to read and take note of our cancellation policy.

  • Up to 1 week before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.

  • Between 1 and 2 weeks before stay date: 30% of deposit is refundable.

  • Between 2 weeks and 1 month before stay date: 60% of deposit is refundable.

  • Between 1 and 3 months before stay date: 75% of deposit is refundable

  • 3 months or more: 90% of deposit is refundable.
